Everything was great, fab location so close to restaurants museums theatres arcades, the Square blasting music most of the day and night and public areas, fantastic experience. I was met by awesome and gorgeous staff at the reception. The room was absolutely fantastic and with the bathroom as well as the tv's, had everything I needed. It was good to have savoury drinks in the main bar.

Generally, the place was pleasant and had very good and enthusiastic staff from the doorman upwards. The restaurant was average with a large and rich menu, we ordered warm dishes. It was spotless and the bathroom was best. We really enjoyed being there.

The ambiance was wonderful and I really enjoyed every second of the fab time here. It had unbeatable location a short way from a Trafalgar Square art museum. Plus, it was short walk to London's major attractions, Chinatown and nearby Theatres and restaurants and the center of the London. Double room was marvellous and comfy had hypoallergenic pillows and down pillows.
